        We were told he would be here 8.30am on a Monday morning. We had to go to work and get going, however we had to hold back due to the gardening we were supposed to have done! It reached 9.10am and he still hadnt arrived, I messaged him and he said he needs a parking space and he had already left due to no parking. He did not communicate and was just going to leave us waiting if I hadnt messaged! Poor service and communication from Tom. We were meant to be having a garden party later in the evening and had to cancel that too. Would not recommend!
