Laura and her team at Mulligans Funeral Directors got me, my dad & my son through what was an awful time when we recently lost my mum. Not only were they all extremely kind & compassionate, they were so very professional too. There was nothing at all that was too much trouble for them. They were so respectful to my mum from collecting her from the hospital, to dressing her for her final journey, to saying its only me Jean when they knocked & entered the Chapel of Rest It was all just so perfect. It was Laura who also introduced us to the gentleman who would deliver mums service too, Brian Bull. He too was amazing. The run up to the funeral, the actual service and the aftercare have been second to non!!

My mother passed away very recently, and I had no hesitation in contacting Tracy at Mulligan's, because they provided their service when my father passed away ten years ago. Both leading up to, and on the day of the burial, Tracy, Karen and Ian were caring, thoughtful and dignified in looking after both my Mum and our family members and friends. I am very happy to give Mulligan's a Five Star recommendation.

My husband passed away at home I was recommended mulligans by a friend they were absolutely amazing always helpful very polite and courteous 2 of the staff came to take my husband to the funeral directors very kind let me know everything that was happening after I met with 1 off the ladles from the funeral directors she explained everything what they did helped me out alot as I have never done anything like this before gave me all the help and advice that I would need let me know when I could go to the Chapel of rest to be with my husband 1 last time I explained that they may have to wait for the payment as.i was waiting for my husband bank to sort all the finances out for me was told don't worry we could pay when we could felt very at ease with everything I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for me and my family these guys deserve a thousand starsfor everything they do it cannot be easy for them but as I stated very professional very caring could not ask for a better service from them thankyou mulligans for all your help very committed they even helped me to sort out some off my husbands ashes to get a ring made for memory off him so he's always with me these guys deserve 10 stars if I could give them if in the future I need any help again like the help I have had I will definitely use these guys thankyou for making me feel important and thankyou from the bottom of my heart for all your help

My mother and I have attended many funerals but we have never planned a funeral before. My step-father died recently and they were brilliant. He passed away at home and two of the guys came to collect him for us, nice and quickly, very professional. Next my mother contacted the funeral home and they sent a lovely lady over to have a chat and a brew to discuss the funeral, flowers and things, and then she let us know when he'd be ready for the 'chaple of rest'. We went to see him at their chaple of rest and it was a very nice and personal room, my mother tried to joke that the music should be 'Bon Jovi' and the girl said she can do that and within a minute or two it was playing for her lol. We must have been there at least 10-15 minutes and nobody rushed us or came in, they leave you to it, to be there entirely at your own pace, which was very nice of them. The funeral itself went off lovely, and we had a family car too, on the way there we were all pretty silent and depressed but on the way back we were chatting about my step-father and tried to tell the driver some funny stories about him, then the driver told us some of his own and it was a nice and happy feel whiles being driven to the wake. All in all I'd recommend these guys as they make you feel like family and are very respectful and professional at the same time. I hope nobody else dies anytime soon (touch wood!) but if there is the need for another funeral, I'll likely come back to Mulligans as they were great.
