Passport application, it's hard to find a free date, but after signing up for the waiting queue, I got an appointment after two weeks of waiting, the embassy was super nice and instant service (less than 10 minutes). Positive

Problems every time. I just got checked in after traveling 150 miles to pick up my passport. I was told that there are no passport collections and that I have to come back on a working day. No human approach to people, only hatred and humiliation. Whenever.

The booking system is absolutely awful and there have never been any available appointments on any day. There is no alternative method you could use, its only this online booking system, whoever thought of something so useless. People are waiting and waiting for something which should be done quickly and who need passports to be able to travel, are unable to get it sorted. If your documents expire the consulate should be obliged to change your passport as soon as possible. This is simply not possible in the Polish Embassy. It's an absolute joke and I've never experienced anything like it.
Something must be done about this otherwise we should take this matter higher and have this whole system reviewed and changed for the better.
We may also go to the newspaper to make people aware of just how difficult and absurd the process of getting a new passport in the Polish Embassy.
