        I needed a bouquet of flowers for condolence at such short notice. I walked in and they whipped together the best bouquet in about 10mins. The staff were so courteous too. They deserve 10

        Excellent customer service and great service. Despite having a slight disappointment with one of the bouquets. I spoke to a member of staff and this was sorted immediately. I will be back. Thank you.

        Ordered a bouquet of flowers on 9th Feb to be delivered on Valentines Day, no delivery on the day, sent an email and also sent a message on Instagram which was seen and ignored. Still no sign of the flowers 3 days later. Will be disputing with my bank to get my money back. Avoid UPDATE: finally got a response and refund issued
