Really happy with the work, professional advice, and genuinely friendly service that James / M60 gave me and the hardwood floor at my home. I know James does large projects so I was really impressed with the care he gave even to a relatively small project like mine. There were a few problem areas on the floor and James went the extra mile to sort these out. Would recommend to anyone looking for great floor sanding service and quality. Service: Sanding

We had full ground floor (kitchen, living room, hall), stairs and first floor landing sanded by James @ M60 last month. Would highly recommend. From the careful and thorough first visit to the scheduling and planning; from the suggestions for our knackered floorboards to the timing and brilliant finish. Email followed a phone call requesting a quote, sent all required info and asked to move to next stage but noone ever came back to me. Very disappointing service to not even have the courtesy to respond.

I rang and spoke to James to get his opinion on my wooden flooring after another company had made a mess of them! James gave me his advice over the phone and came round 2 days later, with his colleague Andy, to assess the floor in person. He put together a quote to rectify the work and wrote a report to send to my letting agent the same day. The letting agent agreed to use M60 Flooring to do the work at 8:40am on Tuesday and James and Andy arrived at the property 5 minutes later! They explained everything they were doing, and worked really quickly. The floor was fully completed by Wednesday at 8:45am. I can honestly say my flooring looks amazing, and we can't stop looking at it! We are so pleased with the work that has been done and will be recommending to everyone! Thank you for fixing my floor!!
