We had our floors done by this company a few weeks ago and we were very happy with the result. We had had unfinished floors fitted previously; Natural Flooring Solutions then came and buffed out any stains and added a polish to protect the wood. They were able to squeeze us in last minute which I was very grateful for. They were helpful on the phone and explained the different options. On the day they arrived very punctually and worked quickly and efficiently. The floors looked great afterwards. Would recommend.

Fabulous on every level. I contacted Natrual floor solutions at very short notice because my first company let me down. I have just had our dining room floor boards sanded stained and lacquered today by Richard and his team, I am absolutely delighted with every aspect of the job. It couldnt be any more perfect and it started with so many issues, having had a fire place hearth removed and using infill reclaimed boards, having to blend in a trap door for under floor access, and I wanted it to match the colour of the next room, it was not a straight forward job. Then when Richard started the first sanding, to my horror it exposed woodworm tracks inside the boards. Richard calmly came up with a solution which didnt involve having to rip up the floor but he was still able to spray both sides of the boards, so clever. And on top of all that, they were all so nice and respectful in our home. I really couldnt be any happier with the result. Thank you so much Helen.
