Ordered the 9.99 large fish and chips that clearly says comes with a side. We were given the fish and chips bar the side and the lady claims she gave us a large chips instead BUT that's not what we asked for and there is no such option in their menu. Instead of sorting their mistake out, she decided to be rude. Shocking customer service, and the fish was poor. How can something that is supposed to be fres be so soggy? The batter was soft and too thin for my liking. The only saving grace was that the chips were nice but theye were definitely not a large portion, regular at best. We will not be coming to this place again. Our advice there are better options out there. Stay away from this establishment.

Not the best. Tight portions. Atlantic chippy on Barlow Moor Road is better IMHU.

Worst chippy ever overpriced, undercooked food and rude staff the place needs shutting down immediately the lady is an absolute joke her attitude is appalling rats running around, tables full off leftover food dirty tables like they haven't been cleaned in days how they get away with this is beyond me think they need reporting the quality of food is poor never again use to see it very busy always empty when I pass by nowadays I'm not surprised gone downhill never again stay away u will be very disappointed

The quality of food from here has really gone downhill. The chips taste stale, like they have been lying for a while then reheated. The fish batter is soggy, no crispness at all. Disappointing!
