I found Goldcrest to be an excellent lender. The procedure was very straight forward and the service was first class. Goldcrest's staff were very helpful throughout the process. i have no hesitation in highly recommending their serices.

This company is a beyond a joke. Most expensive bridging loan available in the UK today. There fees are beyond belief, 4.5K for redemption fee, extremely high monthly interest, additional clauses and charges that they wont tell you about. Staff are the worst, all of them need training. Half of the times there on lunch and the other half they pass it on to each other because they are untrained. STAY AWAY. There are far more better options. Dont choose these lot even as a last option.

Whatever you do do not be fooled into dealing with this company. Not simple incredibly expensive and very inneficient if need money before 2 months then look elsewhere

Awful Company to work with - They reel you in with a false promise of efficient lending cica 10 days wit the claim - admin staff you pay for all their clerical errors to borrow a relitively small amount took over 2 months even though they had a second charge on the mortgage . They also try every trick in the book if you try to repay early - so many better options out there
