Very bad customer services On 28.03.2023 around 11 o clock i visit some other takeaways on wimslow road most of them serving ppl without washing thier hands so i dnt place order and chose pepes peri peri when i enterd in building they saw me but ignored me I was with 1year old baby with me After decided my order guy came to counter and even he saw me i am waittng for order he ignored me and doing other stuff on till and behind till When he came to till for taking my order no greetings no sorry I worked in subway food chain for 10 year i learn customer is always first if your busy atleast greet them and ask them for few sec but he was acting if you wana order order orherwise leave his attitude was like that Anyway he came to till and starring toward me and node his head no single word no Hi no yes please still standing toward me like i make mistake to come to them First i thought i can confrnt him ask his manager if he got any anger issues send him home or Is he paid less then minimum wages and taking extra work from him its not our fault Just beacuse of my baby and my wife got eye operation i was tired already Dnt want to argue left the place after taking food I order from them 2 times First experince was rubbish too and it was in 2015 then i nvr go back And again now i moved from ashton old road to in worsley manchester I thought might be they chaged but they are not 1 no hand wash policy no gloves 2 no customer services 3 Rude 4 disrecpect toward customers 5 if you ask them extra they make faces 6 dint ask anything else Orderd rice no spoon given i have to ask Order drink no straw i have to ask him Order burgers no. Sauce i have to ask him Even i request him for more napkins Pathatic services dnt waste your money Its been ages if peps want to get back their customers they can work on staff Peeps means pathtic endless customer services Stay away from peeps

Ordered food for delivery to be told 50 minutes later it had been cancelled due delivery issues, contacted the store only to have to phone put down on me, would rather they be honest through out so I can find other alternatives, not a great first time experience in Manchester, UK
