I ordered a burrito and received just a flatbread and chicken strips as a burrito. I called to let them know the order was incorrect and they said theyd send a driver with my correct order. I called after 30 minutes as i hadnt received the new order but the manager was too busy to talk and put me on hold. It was very unprofessional and they should have just refunded the incorrect item instead of charging me for an order they got wrong.

The food I had took quite a while to arrive and ultimately when it did was quite underwhelming. The chips were soggy and the chicken quite dry. However the flavour was decent and I left satisfied for the price. Some slight stomach disagreement the next morning brought my rating down however my stomach is prone to being sensitive !

The cashier was very helpful but the people was at the back made a big mistakes with our order it wasn't very professional ordered 3 whole chicken 2 was made and they forgot to put the third one on the grill the tried to blame it on the oven stopped working I was sure it wasn't the oven as I seen them taking things of the over straight to the grill they made it up with tiny chicken wings and they charged us for a full chicken witch is wrong we should have been refunded for 1 chicken.
