    I have to say the customer service at this Subway Branch as been on the decline so much so that I mainly stick to ordering via the app but even thst left a bad taste in my mouth on my before last order as today was my last time attending this branch due to the rudeness that I have experienced dealing with a staff member called Shelley. My most recent bad experience apart from today was when I placed an orde via the app only to get to the store and realised that they didn't receive it so no apologies was other but rather I had some accusatory toned questions such "are you sure"? At least more than twice than I had to have my order being ruched through like I was an inconvenience but today however was the icing on the cake! Everything was going well up to the point where I had to pay, I ordered a footlong at 3.99 offer and Shelley told me it's 6.99 to which I insisted on the offer and that's when she replied on a rude tone and raising her voice at me, almost as if she was reprimanding her child, saying: well I have no idea it must be on app scan your code! Just so so rude!!! I did not see the point of causing a scene but rather made the decision to spend my hard earned money elsewhere from now and also inform the higher hierarchy at Subway. The disrespect and lack of basic customer service at this particular branch is just unnecessary and uncalled for!!! Let me reiterate I won't be returning ever and will share this with my friends, family, subscribers and anyone else hence this review. Thanks.
