Grand Pacific

The afternoon tea was very good in a very nice setting. The bar/restaurant is beautiful with a delightful ambience. The service was brilliant and the food and drinks were spot on.

Ambience is nice but the rest needs improving. I went for a friend's birthday and they were really slow with the food, 1 hours wait for the starters and another 1h for the main courses; and to be honest food isn't great at all, this comes from someone who worked with italian cuisine . Maybe for the English is good but Gyoza on the menu isn't English lol. The menu was rather short and boring with typical small portions and high charges You'd expect high quality service for a place like this but other than the building and ambience isn't great people don't see that after they get drunk

You could provide free top ups for coffee tea drinkers get a pot of tea were as coffee drinkers get only a smalld cup and have to pay for extras disappointing
