        Fantastic customer service from Paul at Phlorum. I was concerned that I had Japanese Knotweed growing in a house that I had just purchased. Just took a few photos of suspected plant and sent them to this company. Paul identified them very quickly and thankfully it was not the dreaded knotweed. Thanks a million for putting my mind at rest Paul. Such a great free service.
