Found an empty slot and tried to charge for half an hour i have tried and put several cedit card details. But non of them worked and eventually we came to a conclusion that the charger is faulty. No signs or warning after half an hour of trying. Very unreliable and bad service.

Started off well and have since ripped out every decent charge point we use. Dont seem to look to be replacing them.
