I sent for my order 2 weeks before my event, upon placing the order I realized the shipment was being sent to the UK rather than IE. I immediately contacted and asked for the location to be changed. After paying fees to have my order shipped to the correct address 3 days later I received a notification that my order had been shipped to the UK! I submitted an online form 3 times with no response. I finally called and was told that my order had not been changed to the correct address and the service was rude and not empathetic/sympathetic or apologetic. I ended up cancelling my order, and had to find a new dress before my event. Such a shame because I was so looking forward to the dress.
