Phoned several times, no answer or answer service.
Finally got through at 10:30, lady pretended that she either couldn't hear me or understand me, I hung up, jumped into the car to pick the coat up. Upon entering the shop, the lady did apologise and said that she had a Dr's appointment and that a note had been put 'on the door, but must've blown off!' Couldn't be bothered arguing with her. Shame I couldn't give a minus star rating. Terrible service, I certainly won't be using them again. Service: Dry cleaning
