        I had arranged for them to come between 2 and 3 pm; they arrived before 1pm - inconvenient and they should have contacted me about the changed time. However the work carried out was excellent and the two guys very friendly.

        My toilet and sink was blocked phoned them at 9 and was here by 10 and fixed it by half past excellent customer service

        Excellent customer service both from Jill and Scott from the Manchester offices. Jill kept us posted throughout. Work was carried out efficiently and to an excellent standard. The immediate problem of a blocked drain was rectified and we were advised of any future remedial work. They went over and above in ensuring work carried out was perfect. Highly recommended if you are looking for an excellent service and peace of mind.
