Droylsden Glass Limited

I have to say that dealing with Droylsden Glass has been a first class experience. The staff there are so professional and friendly and no pushy sales people. The quote I was given was first class. The fitting time was great. The fitter, Paul Smith turned up on time (early actually) and was friendly and approachable. I was totally stunned by how quickly he had my old door out and the new one fitted. There was no mess at all. Paul walked me through the process and I could not of asked for better. I would give them 5 stars or 10/10 anyday.

Well set out for Windows and doors a great guy came over to see us we told him what we was after he was very well informative on his stuff that they was selling give us a rough guide on price was a bit expensive but they look like they do high quality of work

A couple of years following installation of a new front door and several windows we noticed that the top frame of one of the window units in the porch was sagging which was leading to the door becoming difficult to open / close. I spoke with Karen in customer services who answered the call promptly and with a friendly and welcoming attitude. She requested photos of the issue to enable Lewis to make an initial assessment. Lewis arranged for a couple of his fitters to come and take a look within a few days of my call. Dave & Leighton arrived within the time slot I was quoted and diagnosed the problem relating to the initial installation. They were able to improve the integrity of the structure such that the weight of the sloping roof above the porch was evenly distributed between the vertical bar in the adjoining windows and the door frame. The remedial work was carried out to a high standard and they left the property in a tidy condition, which was quite remarkable given the hailstones and rain they faced during most of their time on site. I would recommend the aftercare service delivered by Droylsden Glass based on this experience. Thanks again!

I had a front door fitted and I have to say it was a very good service all round. They're are probably not the cheapest option, but I wanted a top end job and that is what I received. The initial seal didn't go off properly at the bottom of the frame, but after I reported it they resolved the issue immediately and without fuss. It is rare to find such good customer service. Recommended.
