        Receptionists are absolutely shocking.. So rude and like to put the phone down on you with no warning.. so unprofessional and I hope the eventually get caught for theyre duty to care.. Its disgusting

        Staff at the reception, nurses, doctors, everyone at five oaks i cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my parents for so many years. They dont deserve any review less then 5 stars, for those who are complaining, try doing what they do for a day !
