15 years! Its getting worse by the day! to speak to receptionist took over half an hours then was told no appointments left for day ring back tomorrow morning rang in the morning after 25 minutes waited on phone again No appointments left got told to ring again in afternoon or go to walk in centre. Seriously thinking of changing surgery.

This place should be shut down or change the whole staff.
Receptionist are liers, they tell you to call back at 1230 then when you call, the phon is disconnected.
Female Dr is nasty and rude af.
Bad, I don't recommend it....

Advisor told me this particular vaccination centre works under GP not nhs, they can not give us any reason for staff not being there and apologised.
