        Bought a halogen air cooker three months ago. Unfortunately the bulb blew. Contacted customer services and was sent a replacement within a week. Excellent service.

        AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a Connect It Carbon outdoor heater 14 months ago from Robert Dyas, has rarely been used and now not working properly. Spoke to staff from the supplier, Eurosonic, who were totally uncooperative, inflexible and discourteous.
