I bought washing machine first of August from Argos store ,I was told it will be delivered 28 of August , when the day reached given time slot ,told on text message DHL will deliver the item,at last minute phone call I was told driver didn't come for work no one to replace them ,They will re-arrange it for 13 of September and they never answer phone calls . What a disappointment and heart break. Business about trust if trust is gone you lose that customer

I bought TV fire stick FHD from this store ,when I tried at my TV I wasn't happy with quality of picture so I went day later to the store and I asked them to replace it as I just realized after tried it on my tv and device it completely new with package. The manger was so rude and refused to upgrade it even I explained I am not happy with the picture . Before this I was always buy things from argos as they care about the customers satisfaction but apparently I am wrong . unfortunately I don't have option more than giving them abd review .
