I have done orthodontics in this place less than 2 years ago , by the time I did I paid almost 3000 pounds plus my time and days I spend to go to this doctor .
2 years ago my English wasnt really good and unfortunately I had paid the money. the doctor let himself to not treat me the way he should and the result of his job is terrible.
Because my bottom teeth are not straight, my top teeth also have incorrect positioning and in order to combat this problem doctor did nothing and said this is the best I can do and as a resultI have sometimes pain because my teeth are moving to the wrong direction.
My friend, if you are looking for a professional job for you teeth do yourself a favour and find a doctor who cares about his job more than making money.
This way you can save lots of money and time and your nerves are easier.
If I want to have straight and tidy teeth (like a normal person) I have to pay to another doctor full price plus my time to have somthing I supposed to have two years ago. And its all because this doctor cares about money more than me and your health.

I initally rang for an apppintment due to a broken tooth and was surprised at the speed i got in... Unaware they had booked me in as an emergency with emergency fees!
In my appointment was told i could have had a tooth repaired in white there and then but i was driving so said I'll book in another appointment for that. No mention of costs at the point where i was offered the work. I was told that seeing the dental hygenist was also needed and that would be sorted on my next appointment.
It was my 2nd appointment where i found I was not booked in for repair just a 15 min check up, told that white repair is a private practise cost and that there is no dental hygienist to see on Mondays.
What a total waste of my time that i had to book out of work and will have to do so again.
No apologies from the dentist practise for wasting my time and made to feel like it is up to me to know what to ask for when booking in appointments and that i should already know what is covered and the costs for both nhs and private work as they certainly won't tell you before they do the work.
No wonder dentists make serious money when they keep costs secret and you end up with an unexpected non NHS bill.
I will be making a formal complaint too.
Update:
I have had NO formal apologies from the company, i have had an email that has disregarded my complaint and provided excuses as to the poor service that i received.
I have been misinformed with information; the dental practise has no standardization across their dentists therefore treatment information provided by one is not the case for another and this difference is not advised. E.G. One dentist will do white NHS fillings and failed to let me know the other dentists will charge private rates for this service. so when unable to have work done in an appointment you believe you'll return for the treatment advised but this is not the case, luck of the dentist draw.
My 2nd appointment was booked in as tooth repair, but the dental practise refuses to acknowledge this and claims i had a review with the dentist, I had a broken tooth and i was booking in a 2nd appointment, why wouldl book in a review to not have the repair work done?
They are not dealing with my complaint in a manner that makes me feel they have accepted any responsibility for wrong doing and the owners response below claiming i have had an apology is incorrect.
