Recently had two molars and part of my jaw removed here under IV sedation after being referred here from my own dentist. After breaking two molars over a year ago and having on/off infection's in them with severe pain, I had to wait 3months for my referral. The first consultation appointment lasted 5mins, which involved me signing paper work and taking my height/weight and blood pressure. This could have been done at my own dentist and faxed over saving me the high taxi fare to the site as I am not local. On the day of surgery I was in and out within an 30/45mins. The IV knocked my memory for six and I don't remember much regarding my procedure other than glancing to my side at one point and seeing my teeth and bone scattered across a surgical table! My partner said I was laughing my butt off and having a great time.. luckily I can't remember that haha! I'm glad the teeth are out and hopefully all will be healed in the next few months. *Reason for 4 was the pointless first appointment and run down state of the building which needs a revamp.

My wife Linda had to have a problematic decaying root of an old tooth removed. She was referred here by our own Dentist after an unsuccessful attempt to remove it. The appointment was on time and the lady Dentist ,Sandy, who saw my wife was so reassuring after the previous attempts made by our own Dentist. Her assistant Angie also was very helpful looking after and reassuring my wife. After a local anaesthetic the old root was quickly and effectively remove with no pain felt. No problems have emanated from this removal and the wound has healed very successfully. I felt it important to give positive feedback to this lady Dentist Sandy and her assistant Angie for their excellent care and attention offered to my wife. Thank you very much. Dave Corfield
