I had quite a tight timescale for getting two crowns to replace two large composite fillings on my top two incisors (whitening and 2x root canal retreatment, crown prep and crowns). Dr Ali and the team were fantastic with managing the work and timeline, and the whole practice were aware of the hard deadline and did what they could to accommodate this. The results are fantastic and couldn't be happier - would definitely recommend the Clarity Dental Clinic.

Worst experience I had ever had. I give this place 1 star because I was refunded back all my money. Came across this dentist a few years back, and the experience was good as I was getting check~ups and dental cleans. Due to the pandemic I wasn't on top of my checkup so I had gum recession. I had already had crowns that were loose and I knew that in time I would lose my tooth. It was discussed and agreed to have them taken out and the package plan was to have a bridge made and Zirconia sets of teeth as a final result which was one of the strongest materials. The first thing I should have looked into was my dentist, her qualifications, experience and work if she had done before which she hadn't. But I trusted her because she was nice and friendly. Her careless work, the mistakes, the bridge not being placed on properly, the bridge loosening, falling out and the lab pre set of teeth were awful. This left me traumatized. Also I got my teeth whitened, the tray was not made properly so the whitening gel did not spread evenly how it was supposed to spread so that failed. Because I had spent thousands for this plan and she apologized and reassured me that she would do her best and every concern she would try to resolve, I let her continue even though I was not really happy or trusting of her but I just wanted the job completed which was a BIG mistake. The final straw came for me when the bridge fell out just after a week after she put it back in after the FIFTH attempt, and I had to research around for a dentist that would rebond it. I had completely lost confidence and was traumatized again so decided to leave and requested that I wanted a full refund. I have now gone to a dental clinic which I thoroughly researched that specializes in bridges, implants that are qualified in that area of work and have pictures to demonstrate their craft. I am happier, they are thorough, they educate you, even the check up and having your teeth clean is at a higher level, if I continued at Clarity dental I would have problems as certain things weren't picked up. If there is one bit of advice I would give anyone is, do your research, check the credential of your dentist ,ask to see their work, don't be impressed by the friendliness or appearance of the building.
