After years of not finding an NHS dentist, I decided to go private and I was not disappointed! Yes its more expensive than NHS treatment but Dr. Usman took time to answer all my questions, he was patient and understood all my concerns. He gave me multiple options so I was in control and fully informed. Highly recommended!

This is a brilliant dentist practice. I have been going to Kelly Gordon for 6 / 7 years and Im writing this review as a thank you for such outstanding care. Kelly explains everything thoroughly, in a patient and clear manner. I feel informed and take better care of my teeth because of it. These things make a big difference to everyday lives - thank you West Point!

24/08/2022: In the last 6 years I have moved from one Dental Practise to another, before haven finally re-joined Westpoint Dental Centre. I would say that this Dental Practice is by far the best Practice I have ever been a patient with. The waiting times are reasonable (no more than 15 minutes). At my previous Dental Practice I always had to wait for up to/over an hour to be seen. The hygienist (Suzy) is just brilliant! I remember back when I was having my scale and polish done: she took her time and was very gentle to make sure that my gums did not bleed - back then I was anaemic. My Dentist and Nurse (Hillary and Kelly) are always superb. 29/04/2021: On this Tuesday I had my first appointment at the Practice since the Co-vid lockdown. And, I must say the staff were working effortlessly and tirelessly to ensure that each patient was safe and seen to on time - God bless them. I also noticed that my dental nurse (on the day) was getting toooo far ahead of me: I had finished my check up and as I was getting out of the chair she was already on her way down the stairs. It just shows how busy the Practice was and how well the staff were working to manage with the rules that were in place at the time. I must also make mention of Arezzo (the receptionist), she has a calm, pleasant and professional telephone manner.

Very very bad experience I registered myself here they took the registration fee as well Now i having pain in my tooth they are saying we have to pay 50 just for booking appointment and rest for the procedure Like this is not the way
