Horrible! No sympathy on the costumer service at all, my daughter is registered there since her 4 years old (she have 11 now) i went there few times with my daughter in the past, today went to book and appointment to her and the lady in the reception was rude, and since my daughter is there, I been trying to register myself for years and always get a refuse to make an application to myself with an excuse that is always full. All the time I go to that place I feel discriminated. As the attendant said today "if my daughter was an adult her application would be cancelled because at too long that i dont book an appointment" so they can cancel, now at least you all knows why my daughter is not been going there lately, I won't ever go back to that place where they look to you like you are begging for a favour.
