        Ive had both my childrens appointments cancelled last minute with each appointment rebooked 6 months later, only to be cancelled again. Theyve not been to the dentist in almost 2 yrs now. It use to be such a good practise Im not sure whats happened to it.

        Did not get any notification from them to say if we do not revisit them every 6 months or so, we would be struck off as a registered patient from their practise.. They used to send a letter, message or email previously when check up was due. They did this to two members of my family members but with me, i had to cancel an appointment and rang them several times to inform them but phone line was constantly engaged up to closing time. I even showed them my phone calls when I went in the next day to explain but they were not interested and struck me off.
