Queens Road Dental Surgery

My mum who has now passed away was threatened with a fine because at the time she couldn't find her NHS exemption certificate which i just recently went through her paperwork. You should be ashamed of yourself! She had her nhs exemption certificate before having her dentist treatment! She had it because of her current personal situation round the year of 2016 and for this dentist to say she was lying and about to be prosecuted who just recently died of cancer shes always had illness in her life. Appalling service to vulnerable people. Avoid at all cost! If only i had known then i would of sued yous all. Horrible service and Horrible professionalism.

I got bad treatment on the phone just nw I have spech disability she dident understand me she was very rude am so shamed she made me so uncomfortable to chat with her then she hang up am very angery I wouldn't recommend this practice she wouldn't give me her name shame on u lady

Very good cosmetic dentist, he did an awesome job and I couldnt be happier! Definitely recommend

Booked an out of hours check up and hygienist, paid deposit before appointment the week before, was quiet and relaxing in the dentist ignore the outside of the building it's clean inside, friendly dentist and staff, and didnt charge me for hygienist as there was barely anything to clean, will be back in a year, would recommend.
