        Polefire are amazing! I've been going to their pole fitness classes for just over 7 years now. All of the teachers are super encouraging and supportive! They really take the time to get to know their students and work with your strengths so that you gain the confidence to push yourself and constantly improve. If they can teach me (someone with very little hand-eye coordination and exceptionally clumsy), they can teach anyone!

        If you're nervous about trying a pole class, I'd recommend Polefire! Everyone is so friendly, down to earth and welcoming. I've been going for over a year now and it's done wonders for my self confidence and fitness and I've made so many friends! It really is one big crazy family. One of the best things I ever did!

        Absolutely the best Pole fitness school ever! All of the instructors are welcoming and helpful and will help you become the best you can be! I wasn't in to fitness at all until I went to Polefire and now I am excited to go to the studio/gym (I also attend Siren Asylum in Salford which is Polefires Big Sis)
