I first attended the classes about two months ago and was made to feel very welcome from the start. They are fantastic classes run by Mandy, that are held at the three different levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The classes are all geared at the correct pace to suit your level of dance capability. There are always plenty of experienced dancers there on hand to help you develop your dance skills. The classes are always fun and more importantly dancing is good for your Health and Wellbeing. So there really are no excuses, get yourself motivated and get to the classes and start having fun.

Really nice way to learn Cuban Salsa based on rueda de casino, from beginners to advanced. Teachers are great and group very inclusive. And I am comparing it to 6 other clubs I go to or have been to. Focus is not just on moves but getting the basics right, and Cuban styling. Also the group is great for organising nights out in the wild :)

Went for my first class with Mandy at solar salsa and it was fantastic. She was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was learning right from the get-go. The class was very friendly and the pace was set by how quickly we picked things up. Thanks Mandy so much for a great class. I WISH I could come for more classes but I live in America. I will definitely check this place out again next time I visit.

Really supportive professional dance tutors. Fun and sociable atmosphere, with great social dancing opportunities for beginners to advanced, all good for healthy body and soul. A highlight to look forward to every week!
