        Fab cruise booked in 2021. The Cruise Company part of the package was excellent. However, the CruiseClub UK part was poorly organised, kept passing the buck on for mistakes to others, ie Etihad, bus fitms etc. AfterSales Care team kept telling us different stories none of which were correct. Won't use again.

        The booking was a breeze - expert knowledge of the ships and destination / best time to travel for our requirements and the best cabins to book. It helped that the lady who I booked with (Natalie Hurst) had been in the ship so could give me first hand advice.

        Fabulous service received from Ian Lazarus of Cruise Club from the moment of booking to just before departure. This is the first time we have travelled with this company, but we hope it wont be our last.
