I have emailed on 3 separate occasions to join and have had no response at all... I wouldn't join now as they do not fulfil any sort of basic professionalism

Have had large sum in an account for over a year and been told the interest rate is zero. Have now closed my account after it was made dormant again and could not access my own money! Disgusting company.

They do not respond to emails, they do not pick up the phone. Theres no way of contacting them. You give them all you're personal information and do not hear anything back what so ever. This is a big fraud scam to get your personal details in my eyes. They dont even use HTTPS on the website, so none of your information is encrypted and every one can see it. STAY AWAY! BE WARNED! Try using their complaints info on there website and check out complaint procedure through their parent company. They have a link on their website at the bottom of the website says 'complaints'. If not complaint to Financial Ombudsman/ FCA/ FCSC.

Since they changed how to log in to my online account I have been unabe to access. Have tried calling the one number provided, but that just rings out. And emails go unanswered. Not sure how to get my money now. Even thinking about calling the police for theft.

Really disappointed disgusting service Since changing there system I've been locked out of my account numerous times and I'm locked out now . I'm try phoning no one picks the phone up it just rings out. No one responses to emails it been 3 weeks now! I just want to take my money out and close the account. Awful service. The company I work for Trpg. recommend this for us to use but I'm sure they won't be recommending when I tell them about the service I had Going to report this..
