    If I could rate lower I would . Do not use this company . They continue to send faulty products even tho you are buying new . They will not replace them for new items you ordered . They are terrible for dealing with to return item and then when you eventually get item sent back to you that has been fixed half the parts are missing and machine still isnt working . Costumer service was rude and not helpful one bit . Will never use this company again .

    Brought a wowcher, for this company sent me a tracking code that did not work, said the item has been lost in the royal mail tracking looks like it was never posted. Got a refund but what a waste of time!

    I did not receive my item and was out if pocket! I purchased a shoe horn through this company on eBay and the item did not arrive. I contacted the company and they did not help me at all. They said they had proof of postage which was a photo of a different house with no number in the photo and different carpet and side table from our house. I attempted to track down the parcel myself by asking neighbours and on Facebook groups, also contacting royal mail. I still did not receive the package and I am now out of pocket from no fault of my own. Luckily the item was low value so i got off lightly. I am just relieved I did not buy anything of high value through this company.

    My husband bought an electric scooter from this company via amazon last November, my son used it ONCE, then was put in an indoor cupboard. He wanted to try it again about a month ago so we took it out, tried to charge it, wouldn't charge, so contacted the seller, advanced global productions, through amazon, was asked to phone in, there my husband was talked through taking it apart in an attempt to make sure no loose wires etc. We said before doing this we weren't comfortable doing this as we weren't qualified but assured it would not affect our warranty. So the engineer then decided it was the throttle and sent a replacement out. That did not work so agreed to send back. I then had emails and photos saying that this scooter that has been outside, ONCE, was in a horrendous condition and they wouldn't touch it and I can either let them dispose it or have it sent back. To say I'm disgusted and frustrated is an understatement. I wish I had read reviews beforehand and not trusting it because they're on amazon. Be careful. One very disappointed child at home. Just an edit to add the response on my review from the company is basically the response I got from them, total lies to get out of dealing with a situation that is clearly their companies fault. To say the scooter was filthy is also a lie as I made sure it was wiped down before being carefully packaged with bubble wrap to ensure no more damage. Also if this scooter is in such a bad state why would you advise us to ask another engineer to look at it if your engineer was sooo scared? I'm assuming he's actually fully qualified to repair these items? As I'm sure most people will agree it's unknown for a company to ask a customer to take apart and check a faulty electrical item for self checks at home? While on a call from said engineer? As for the sellotaped wire as I have already said to you that was how it was already when my husband took it apart!! Why on earth would anyone send something back in the state you are saying and expect anything?! As for misused it was tried ONCE! It was too much for my then 5 year old at the time. Honestly where else can I continue from here other than advise future customers to AVOID!
