Park House Dental Practice & Cosmetic Centre

I found the general atmosphere at the Park House Dental Practice to be calm and all of the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The ladies on reception are efficient and pleasant Today I was seen by Parvaneh (dentist) and Aimen (nurse), both were extremely professionally, courteous and very detailed in the information they shared. Everything was fully explained, with some good tips on how to further protect my teeth and gums Highly recommended

Worst service Ive had. Took 30 minutes to even have my call answered before I was hung up on despite being a private patient.. when I finally got through I was told my appointment was cancelled before I had a chance to say my call was for an emergency appointment to address an issue caused by their dentist, for which I was told call back next week... Seems they only work when they can be bothered at this place.

Great service from start to finish, went here for emergency treatment and the dentist was amazing. I left the practice pain free, highly recommend.

Ended up here through an emergency NHS dental referral, but was honestly very impressed. Much more personal service than the big corporate practices I've been to, and they spent far more time explaining my options and going through what was required. Took the time to do an extra x ray which was really informative, and were proactive about getting my hospital referral out immediately.

Horrendous experience at this practice for my partner! They told him that he needed a tooth extraction. He turns up for his tooth extraction and they try to take the tooth out but couldnt and cracked his tooth while doing so for him to then be told that he needs a surgical extraction which they couldnt do until SEPTEMBER!! They sent him home in this state with no advice of how to manage the pain or anything! We had to book in the same day urgently with a emergency dentist because my partner was in excruciating pain. The emergency dentist does an Xray where they mention he has a tooth infection, which was never mentioned or seen by park house even though it was obvious on the XRAY. He also had 3 root canals behind his crown which they never mentioned but the emergency dentist did. Within 2 hours the emergency practise had extracted his tooth removed the root canals done all his checks and sent us home! Really not happy by how my partner was treated here and it just seemed like they had no regard for him.
