        Bought 2x 5 litres of the knightsbridge colour as it is described as a grey/brown, although after applying it realised its just a very dark grey. Asked for a return/exchange for the tube I didn't open as it wasn't the colour I was looking for and I was told that they do not accept any returns. Not good when they are charging premium sums of money for a product that is not as described and could have been bought very cheaply from a normal DIY store.

        Premium paint you cant get better in my opinion. Expensive but lasts so works out cheaper in the long run. Customer service is 1st class with a member of the technical team Liam even giving me his mobile number and told me to call him if I need any advice about which paint to use etc.
