        Huge fan of brain feed's 5-htp. It's the only one I use - nothing compares or works anywhere near to the same effect. I've used for many anxiety causing events such as delivering speeches/pitches or generally when I'm at a heightened level of stress over a number of days. 10/10 recommended if you want to up your performance.

        spoke to Christine in customer services over email who was very responsive and had excellent product knowledge. I bought the Choline Alpha GPC on the 14th November, it arrived the next day and when I take it I've noticed that I've been able to concentrate for longer periods without a break and I feel sharper. I wish it was cheaper but I would 100% recommend
