        AVOID. Organised a 70 refund for me (yippee), then constantly harangued me for their 25 fee dispite the refund cheque never arriving. Rude debt collectors calling me all hours of the day and not listening to the reasonable explanation. Had to escalate to resolve after taking umpteen abusive calls.
