Booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the reservation came up with 3 adults, could not change my booking to what I needed, wasted my time never again with this company.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Fake property that doesn't even exist but the reply was.. It's under operational review. No it's not even there I have been out to see the property. Its fake.. As I say sir if it's under review!! Ahh what a terrible service!!!

I made a reservation for May 29, I confirmed the reservation several times with the manager named Mohammed. We reserved a double king room. We got here rang the doorbell several times and no one answered. We called the manager and he didn't remember us or our reservation, was rude and in a hurry and kept on telling us that they were fully booked, before finally understanding we had already booked and paid for the place. After almost 30 minutes a guy let us in, told us that the manager told him to give us the key, and we got a terribly ugly room, that wasn't king double bed, not cleaned properly, a dirty shirt in the bathroom etc. We called the manager to ask for the room we booked for, and rudely he told us that it was the only room that he had available and that if we didn't want it we should leave the premises. After asking for a refund he told us we would get the refund via booking (since we made the reservation there) but after leaving. We called booking and they confirmed this wasn't true, that Aynetree was responsible for the refund. On top of everything the manager was lying and trying to kick us out. The most terrible customer service experience in my life and A COMPLETE SCAM. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. I don't even know how it's listed in platforms like booking.com Update:Because I left a poor review he started banging on my door at 12 am, harassing me and shouting at me to leave because I left a poor review. I'm scared for my wellbeing he doesn't stop banging on the door. He kepy on threatening us and calling us scumbags . I called the police and they are on their way. In the meantime we had to lock the room waiting.
