Havent delivered after 3 months and 10 emails! Their customer service team refuse to discuss it - absolutely shocking service! Im left out of pocket.

Returned an order for a refund. Eventually got the refund but in two amounts after sending numerous emails I asked about my returns label which was missing I did not get any answer. I paid for the parcel to be sent and they did not refund the money for the postage.
