My experience is based on their website. Most of the ads have some misleading information.
Oftentimes the advertiser just sends an automatic rejection message and I cant even respond then.
I drove for 1 hour just to meet a guy in shorts, showing of his upper body to me (in which Im not interested) and tell me that he already agreed to let the room to someone else.
Spareroom sends automatic messages to my complaints but does nothing to prevent such events that cost me time and money.
I think spareroom is a bunch of amateurish people who just want our money.
One of my worst experiences....
