        Purchased a coat from Jacamo , but after wearing the coat twice all the stitching came away from the pocket. Contacted Jacamo and requested a item exchange, but I was refused and only a refund was available. Very poor customer service

        Jac of all trades masters of none. Customer service in South Africa. When I asked nearest drop off he said dunno I am in South Africa and with that I am in disbelief at how rubbish they are. Am going to close my account. Go to shop and deal with real people. 12 weeks they said to manage a complaint!

        __ DO NOT USE ___ Placed an order in January - payment given. Goods Failed to arrive - refund issued - all good. 64 days later - take full payment without any notice or reason!! Now refuse to answer e-mails. Crooks or Useless ???
