One Manchester

I'm a tenant with one Manchester for over 8 months and still have no gas in my property, i spent the whole winter with no gas, many appointments arranged, and those on the help line doesn't help at all

I have been a tenant for 9 years, I reported the back garden flooring tiles need repair as my kids keep falling in the floor, I received an appointment someone will come and see it, and they have never show up, I chased them three times, Im still waiting one Manchester to come back to me, also they did some work in the kitchen cupboard and the operator said will order missing drawers, and we will call you back again, for nearly two months no one get in touch. years ago I informed they will change the kitchen and the bathroom as they are very old and in very bad condition, they came and took pictures and still waiting. ********* Im still waiting for kitchen cupboards, is 9 months now since you replied.

One Manchester is a very good landlord, I have no complaints

Terrible communication. Workmen can't be bothered most of the time. Emergency appointments are not priorities and seen to ASAP. My mum was left without heating for 3 months in the winter while being a vulnerable person. Wouldn't even give 1 star
