        I've ordered a basic items from this branch via deliveroo. There was an offer for "2 irresistible chicken Tikka masala meals" 7.50. I receive a random cheap Co ops own version valued at 2. I inform deliveroo and they said they apologies, but they can't do anything and call Co op to arrange a redelivery. I contact co op and speak to someone who was actually helpful and they called deliveroo for me. I call back and the Co Op member states they can't do a redelivery from their end. Who am I suppose to call now? My mechanic? I ask the Co op memebr are the two items in stock? The person's responds with yes. We've just been very busy. What does that mean. It's like ordering a cheeseburger and receiving a lava lamp as the branch was busy? This has to stop. Someone please either refund me or turn off your PDA machines and train your staff memebrs not to be so lazy and carless.
