There was a mix up with my deliveries because he entered the codes incorrectly. Just one of those things, I gave him both the codes again in the hope that one would work. He entered them incorrectly again, I literally watched him press the wrong buttons.
Then instead of apologising for what was clearly his mistake, and again not a big deal, he refused to give me my item, shouted at me and told me to leave in not so polite terms.
Very rude guy who struggles with IT.
Go somewhere else for click and collect.
