Last night I went to the shop and have to send back a parcel and that was my first time doing it so Natasha she spoke on call to who I sopost 2 send the parcel also help me out 2 solve the issue. She so helpful and nice love her

They have a big variety of things, I didn't give it 5 stars because I find it not expensive than my other local stores, but otherwise it's a nice store, but a little bit of everything, including hot coffee!

Today I went to get my parcel from this shop and when I went the man didnt give me my parcel saying that it isnt here when clearly I got a notification saying it arrived to that shop. I was wearing a scarf and experienced racism before so I knew something wasnt right. My mum went back to the shop the white man kept saying the parcel isnt here. She demanded for her parcel saying that she would complain if he doesnt give it to her eventually he gave it to my mum. This situation was very disappointing and Im very unsatisfied .

Being a local shop very disappointed by standard of service by staff more interested talking to each other than the person stood waiting to be served poorly stocked fridges no lights working on two of the fridges some of the shelves need stocking up if out of stock say so with a label overall was disappointed
