Do not use this store for Click and collect, they will not enter the ECP so the collection code isn't generated for you, then they will steal your parcel and refuse to give it to you, I ordered a crate of Coconut water for click and collect, the store kept them

Never, ever again in this absolute joke of a store with trying to pick up parcels. Barnes Green Post office all the way after an absolutely terrible experience with off-the-scale appalling customer service. Zero stars if I could.

I will never go in this shop again. Tried to pick up a parcel from there on Saturday which should have been delivered to our address. The owner was difficult and wouldnt let me have it even though I showed my partners id and he knew me. Went into day with the code which we finally got from Hermes and again this time the owners son refused to hand it over unless my partner apologised after going in on Saturday and getting abit annoyed because he couldn't have the parcel. My partner went in and got the parcel and spoke to the owners son and he didn't apologise. They have lost a good customer and also the prices are too much now.
