I have been given every opportunity to grow and develop my career starting as a delivery consultant working my way up to 360 consultant and then recently progressing into a team leader, managing my own team all within 5 years. I have been supported by my managers at every step of the journey who are always willing to give advise, guidance and motivation when needed. For anyone who is looking to start a career in recruitment and is not afraid of hard work I highly recommend the rewards are worth it!
