Rude service and the times Ive eaten their mithai, its not been that nice. There are so many other places that serve much better quality sweets and are actually nice to you. My mum bought some Rasmali and literally 15 minutes returning from the shop, I put it in the fridge for her. The next day, my mum opened the packet and it had gone off. (The packet was still in date though) I rang Ambala and explained what happened. I said I could bring in the packet to the store. They were very blunt and accused me of not putting it in the fridge. They had a very bad attitude and I couldnt believe this is the way they treated their customers. Awful experience.

Variety of options with good quality sweets and namkeen. Delivery via Uber eats doesn't help though. Strongly recommend Habshi halwa. Emarti and bondi laddus could taste better if it is made with pure ghee only.

I love Ambala. And usually staff are pleasant. This time the experience was not as good. Service left alot to be desired. I love their veg samosas, especially their side sauce that comes wit it. But the gentleman was very rude when I requested were the usually chutney was that went with it. Not going to be returning to that branch again. Thank you.
