        Hi Al I dont have a Google account so I am using my granddaughters. I run a small business and I am completely reliant on my laptop. I had run into a few problems over the last few weeks which was causing me huge issues. I contacted skynet repairs and told them my predicament. I made an appointment for an hour later. I went to see Al who diagnosed the problem very quickly and ran a complete health check and added a better anti-virus program. All done within 30 minutes. Al was very courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. I wont hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and I will continue to use him whenever necessary. Thank you again.         Al is amazing. I dropped off my HP Envy laptop with him last week as it had a nonfunctional cooling fan and the casing was coming apart under one of the hinges. I really didn't want to have to buy a new laptop so I was crossing my fingers that it could be fixed easily - and sure enough, Al came through brilliantly. He had it in working order within days and kept me updated on the process the whole time. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
